Teatro GRIOT develops PICK Griot with the communities in the neighbourhoods of Laveiras, Alto da Loba and Pombal, and the  Centro Educativo Padre António Oliveira and in partnership with Associação Batoto Yetu; in the neighbourhood of Arrentela, in partnership with Associação Khapaz; in Vale da Amoreira with the Centro de experimentação Artística/ Câmara Municipal da Moita; and with the elderly community of the Junta de Freguesia da Misericórdia.

PICK includes drama and photography workshops as well as offering community training, performance lectures and round-tables.

PICK's activities are always determined by the themes and texts which the company stages.
